EasyUnify provides customer relationship management (CRM) solutions designed to help businesses manage their customer interactions and data. Our Services may include, but are not limited to:

• Contact Management: Tools to organize and maintain customer contact information
• Lead Tracking: Features to monitor and manage potential customer opportunities
• Analytics: Data analysis tools to interpret customer interactions
• Integration Capabilities: Options to connect with other business software and platforms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time without prior notice.

Some of our Services may require payment of fees. By selecting a paid subscription, you agree to pay the specified fees according to the schedule outlined during the subscription process.

Payment terms include:

• All fees are exclusive of taxes, which will be added where applicable
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• There are no refunds for partial months of service or unused months with annual subscriptions
• We may change our fees at any time, but will provide notice before changes take effect

Failure to pay fees may result in termination of your access to paid features of our Services.

All content, features, and functionality of the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the compilation thereof, are owned by EasyUnify, our licensors, or other providers and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• Use any content for commercial purposes without our authorization
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in our Services

By providing any content or feedback to us, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasyUnify and its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our Services
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our Services
• Any bugs, viruses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Services

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you have paid to EasyUnify for the Services during the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms of Service.

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Services will immediately cease
• We may delete or archive your account information and content
• Any fees paid for unused periods will not be refunded unless required by law

All provisions of these Terms of Service which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. If we make changes, we will provide notice by:

• Posting the updated terms on our website
• Sending an email notification to registered users
• Displaying a notice within our Services

Your continued use of the Services following the posting of revised Terms of Service means that you accept and agree to the changes. You are expected to check this page frequently so you are aware of any changes.
